Delivering successful workshops requires being intentional about the business or organizational outcome, the participants needed to achieve that goal, and how much time is required. I am certified to teach the LUMA system of human-centered design's thirty-six methods, and certified as an facilitator leveraging these methods. Any given workshop may include a variety of interactive group activity and presentation, depending on the goal.
